The Nexus between Time Management Behaviors and Work-Life Balance of Employees

This research is envisioned to explain the impact of individual time management behaviors on work-life balance banking employees. Using positivist paradigm, a self-administered survey was chosen collect responses from bank employees across Sindh, Pakistan. The presented hypotheses were supported by quantitative analytical techniques that tested causal links between all constructs. A total 450 questionnaires administered, out which 320 valid analyzed using PLS-SEM. findings validated do contribute attaining in sector. Results revealed positive effect goal setting and priorities, mechanics, organization preference employees’ balance.
